UPC better reduce the price they charge for the movies. The current price is not something i even intend to pay.

If you have the broadband just download illegally and claim you thought this is what they meant by ‘on-demand’.

There are no current plans to separate Irish & UK Netflix streams -
    Also,
I have also used US Netflix, but there is a fair bit of content on our stream that is not on the US version i.e. BBC, ITV & RTE content

I have had UPC while living in town and they drained my will to live. 9 weeks with it at one stage and there call out guys are dog ignorant morons. Well the six that I had to deal with were anyway. Have had sky for a good while now and they are a pleasure to deal with. They even ring every two months to ask is there any way they can improve my service. More than happy with them

i have the 100Mb, they recently upgraded me to 120Mb for free. It’s very very fast and close to the advertised speed. You always lose with wireless some but when running N when configured correctly I can get around 90. Customer service is pants though. Best way to get technical support is via twitter.

PS 3 is wireless G only so it’s never going to work that well. You need to plug it directly into the router.

I have sky for TV and UPC for Broadband and Phone. Their broadband is without doubt the best about. Really good speeds and it is never down. I was with them for about 3 years in town and I have been with them for the past year again. I’ve never had to deal with their customer service, so I can’t comment on that, but the product works as advertised with no issues, so no need for tech support…
