WANT TO AVOID the crowds, the WiFi glitches and the hassle of sifting through 2,000-odd startups at this year’s Web Summit to find that genius idea?

Easy, one of the many early-stage companies showcasing their wares at Europe’s biggest technology conference has done some of the leg-work for you.

Shotclip, which plans to launch its social movie-making app next month, put together this 2-minute video of attendees doing a 3-second “elevator pitch” of their big business idea.

As you can see, some are more successful in keeping the message simple than others:

Ok, so it includes a few companies like Hailo and Instagram which aren’t exactly startups, but at least you have more time now for other priorities.
