Looking for work in telecoms? Vodafone is to hire more than 100 new people

57 of these new positions will be permanent, with a further 51 contract roles and five graduate recruits.

VODAFONE IRELAND IS to hire over 100 new full-time and contract positions as it expands its operations here.

The telecomutications priovider says that the new roles will be in a range of positions including technology, customer service, HR, finance, sales and marketing.

57 of these new positions will be permanent, with a further 51 contract roles and five graduate recruits.

The company says that the duration of the contract positions will be for one or two years.

The CEO of Vodafone Ireland Anne O’Leary said upon announcing the jobs that the “looking for people with a passion for technology and innovation”.

Vodafone already employs about 1,100 people across Ireland and O’Leary says the new jobs are being created to support the network’s expansion in Ireland:

“We have embarked on a major nationwide network investment programme while also delivering new converged fixed and mobile services.”
