IRISH RAIL SERVICES have resumed between Athy and Carlow after they were suspended earlier following an incident on the line.

Irish Rail is currently in talks with a developer about funds it agreed to pay towards the construction of the line.
Iarnród ÉÃreann confirms adjusted fares, with most prices up by 0.6% to 13.3% – while also reforming the types of tickets sold.

TRAIN SERVICES in the Galway region are getting back to normal this evening following a collision between a train and a car on the western outskirts of the city earlier today. TRAINS HAVE begun test runs on the new line between Dunboyne and Dublin city centre. It is expected that the line will be opened for passengers by next month. It will see travel time of about 27 minutes between the two stops.
