Sean FitzPatrick
Sean FitzPatrick was the chairperson of Anglo Irish bank until 2008, when he resigned due to controversy surrounding hidden loans. The controversy led to the collapse in the bank's share price and also its nationalisation. On the 16th of March 2010 FitzPatrick was arrested and questioned under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, he was later released without charge.
