The presumption that everyone in a hotel is or will be low paid or on minimum wage level is flawed. There is a general throw your nose up attitude to the industry in Ireland which doesn’t serve us too well..

Would be a great hotel if they employed Irish people only. I hear so many Americans complaining about the cold service they get from Eastern Europeans. Can’t beat the Irish personality to make a holiday experience all the more friendly. And after all the hotel is in Ireland and not in Eastern Europe.
