LUAS SERVICES are returning to normal this morning after significant delays earlier as a result of a signalling fault. Luas lights at Kilmacud Upper, between the Kilmacud and Stillorgan stops, had been out of service and had resulted in significant delays to services in both directions.

AA Roadwatch has warned passengers to expect significant delays after a cyclist came off their bike close to the Jervis stop. The service was briefly halted between Smithfield and The Point following the incident but has now been restored.
