A Cavan-born developer is building the largest residential structure in Melbourne

Prices range from €258,000 to €2.1 million, and residents will be able to make use of a gym, spa, swimming pool and cinema on the tenth floor.

THE IRISHMAN BEHIND Melbourne’s ambitious ‘Vision’ building – set to be the tallest apartment block in the city once it’s finished – says that nearly all of the residential units on offer are now sold.

Cavan-born Tom Brady, of the ‘Brady Property Group’ told the Melbourne-based Irish Echo newspaper this week that 85 per cent of the apartments had already gone.

Marketing of the 534 units only began in August, after permission was granted for the building’s current design back in April. Prices range from €258,000 to €2.1 million.

Current plans include what developers describe as “resort style” luxury facilities on the tenth floor, including a gym, spa, cinema and swimming pool.

Construction on the project is expected to be completed in 2016.
