Good news for Dundalk as 200 jobs on way

The Taoiseach was in Louth this morning for the announcement.

A MAKER OF promotional products is to create 200 new jobs in Dundalk over the next five years.

An Taoiseach Enda Kenny and representatives from IDA Ireland were at National Pen’s international headquarters in the Louth town for the announcement this morning.

The facility, which has been located in Dundalk for 25 years, currently employs about 260 people who serve 19 markets outside north America.

The new positions will be in sales, customer service, manufacturing and technical and administrative functions.

National Pen also has operations in Mexico, Tennessee, France and China.
