BUS ÉIREANN HAS made WiFi available to customers at seven of its stations throughout the country.
Funded by the National Transport Authority, the WiFi will be available at the following stations, which have a combined weekly footfall of approximately 200,000 people.
- Busaras in Dublin
- Parnell Place station in Cork
- Ceannt station in Galway
- Colbert station in Limerick
- Waterford Bus station in Waterford
- Sligo station
- Ballina station in Co Mayo
The Minister for Public and Commuter Transport, Alan Kelly, said that the initiative would improve the journey experience for many, saying that Wifi access was an “essential part of modern business and education”.
