There's a small but handy way to navigate between old and new pages on your browser

You don’t have to constantly click or tap the back button to get to where you want.

NAVIGATING YOUR DESKTOP browser is pretty straightforward at this point that you may feel you already know everything there is.

But if you find yourself repeatedly clicking on the back button so you can jump back a few pages, there is a faster method.

Instead of clicking the back button quickly, hold down on it. When you do this, you will see a list of your previously visited pages on that tab so you can quickly return to a page.

The same thing can be done with the forward icon if you have gone back a few pages. Also, most mobile browsers include this functionality as well.

Some browsers allow you to access the history screen this way, useful if you want to jump back further or you forgot which tab you opened up a page on originally.

And what if you exit a tab but want to return to a previous page? Pressing Ctrl + Shift + T will bring the tab back again. The same pages you visited in that tab will still be there so when you hold down on the back button, you’ll see them there.
