Here's how the world's media reacted to day one of the Anglo trial

A number of media outlets reported on the trial that began in Dublin yesterday.

THE TRIAL OF three former senior executives at the now-defunct Anglo Irish Bank, including former boss Seán FitzPatrick, began at the Courts of Criminal Justice in Dublin yesterday.

They have all pleaded not guilty.

It’s a high-profile case that is set to last up to four months and it has caught the world’s attention, with many of the world’s media reporting on it today.
