6 Reasons why you didn’t get the job

Why didn’t you get the job? There can be many reasons – and a boss has given their thoughts about some of the reasons people might not be familar with.

JOB INTERVIEWS ARE tough – but it is the waiting afterwards that is perhaps the toughest part.

When we don’t get the job we are looking for, we are always wondering why we didn’t get the call back. One of the biggest frustrations can be the ‘black hole’ which sucks in CVs and applications but gives absolutely no feedback.

So we have a boss here to talk about the reasons why you may not have been hired – and you might be surprised by some of her answers.

‘Betty Boss’, as she is being called, shares her thoughts with Business Insider on why you didn’t get the job, and how you can tweak things for next time.

Though Betty Boss is based in the USA, her thoughts are pertinent in any country. She shows that being focused, determined and quick to reply can all pay dividends when being interviewed for a job.
